Big Heart Carers provides home-based caregiving, nursing support, and first-aid and caregiver training courses. Service availability, scheduling, and staffing are subject to confirmation and may vary based on individual client needs and caregiver availability.
3. Engagement of Services
Care services are engaged directly with Big Heart Carers following an initial consultation. Specific terms — including scope of care, scheduling, and fees — will be confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of services.
4. Payment
Fees for caregiving services and training courses are payable as agreed at the time of booking. Big Heart Carers reserves the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice for services not yet engaged.
5. Cancellations
We ask for reasonable advance notice where care schedules or course bookings need to be changed or cancelled, so that we can make appropriate arrangements for our caregivers and clients.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Big Heart Carers takes every reasonable care in the selection, training, and supervision of its caregivers and nurses, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
